Migrating โ€‹

This document describes how to migrate your articles from other platforms to Quaily, or migrate your articles from Quaily to other platforms.

Migrate from Other Platforms โ€‹

Currently, Quaily supports migrating articles or subscribers from the following platforms:

Migration Process โ€‹

Medium

Please contact us by email and provide the URL of your Medium account.

Substack

Please export all data from Substack and send it to us by email.

Zhubai.love

Please read "๐Ÿšš Migration Guide: From Zhubai to Quaily" for migration.

WordPress

Please export follow "Export Your Websiteโ€™s Content", export the XML file from WordPress and send it to us by email.

NOTE

Please make sure your posts are public. Protected posts will not be exported.

Bearblog

Please contact us by email and provide the URL of your Bearblog account.

Ghost

Please export all data from Ghost and send it to us by email.

WeChat Official Account

WeChat Official Account doesn't provide export functionality. Please contact us by email.

Import a Post from Internet (Credits) โ€‹

Besides full-platform migration, you can import a single public post from a URL in the dashboard.

  1. Open your post list in dashboard.
  2. Click Import Post.
  3. Enter the post URL and confirm the content permission notice.
  4. Submit import, then open the imported draft for editing.

Credits are charged for this feature:

  • Cost: 10 Credits per imported post
  • If your Credits are insufficient, top up first in Profile - Credits

Export Data from Quaily โ€‹

In "List Settings - General Settings", click the "Export Data" button, wait a moment, and Quaily will send the exported data to your registered email.

The exported data includes all articles and subscriber data.
